Si volem evitar contractures, vert\u00edgens d&#8217;origen cervical, lumb\u00e0lgies o simplement mal d&#8217;esquena haurem de seguir una s\u00e8rie de consignes f\u00e0cils i de mantenir uns h\u00e0bits sans per tenir cura del nostre cos, que al cap i a la fi ens ha de durar tota la vida.<\/p>\n<p>La feina d&#8217;oficina es caracteritza per passar-se m\u00e9s de vuit hores realitzant tasques en postures sedent\u00e0ries i amb un enorme esfor\u00e7 per al sistema nervi\u00f3s central. La feina davant una pantalla d&#8217;ordinador implica generalment una posici\u00f3 contreta, cosa que afavorir\u00e0 la manca de confort i mol\u00e8sties en general.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/pensalla.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/10\/20141010-ergonomia2_nuvol.png\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-277\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/pensalla.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/10\/20141010-ergonomia2_nuvol.png?resize=750%2C384\" alt=\"20141010 ergonomia(2)_nuvol\" width=\"750\" height=\"384\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Aparell locomotor<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Cal tenir un bon control postural per a evitar problemes cervicals o a la zona lumbar. Hem de seure amb l&#8217;esquena ben recta i les cames en posici\u00f3 de 90 graus en relaci\u00f3 amb el cos, amb els peus recolzats a terra o, millor encara, a\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/solutions.productos3m.es\/wps\/portal\/3M\/es_ES\/EU-Ergonomics\/Home\/Products\/FootRests\/\">una petita superf\u00edcie inclinada<\/a>\u00a0(<a href=\"http:\/\/i.kinja-img.com\/gawker-media\/image\/upload\/s--gw0tgDqE--\/1866bykgpd3oujpg.jpg\">gr\u00e0fic<\/a>).<\/p>\n<p>El pin\u00e7ament de v\u00e8rtebres i l&#8217;h\u00e8rnia discal poden \u00e9sser deguts a una mala posici\u00f3 de les cames. Penseu que\u00a0\u00e9s molt important l&#8217;\u00fas d&#8217;un reposapeus adequat.<\/p>\n<p>Recordeu de fer pauses i aixecar-vos cinc minuts cada hora, i aprofiteu per fer els estiraments de la consulta: no-no s\u00ed-s\u00ed amb el cap (dreta-esquerra, amunt-avall). Els problemes cardiovasculars poden \u00e9sser deguts a la postura asseguda que no permet un bon flux de la circulaci\u00f3 de tornada, i es poden fer varius.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mobiliari<\/strong><strong><br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>La taula<\/strong>. Penseu que sota la taula hi ha d&#8217;haver lloc per a les cames, aix\u00f2 \u00e9s un consell especialment important per a gent alta, i no feu servir taules amb safata per al teclat: la disposici\u00f3 de les mans gaireb\u00e9 sempre \u00e9s incorrecta en una safata, recordeu que els bra\u00e7os han d&#8217;estar recolzats a la taula i rectes.<br \/>\nEl dolor a les cervicals sol \u00e9sser fruit d&#8217;una mala col\u00b7locaci\u00f3 de l&#8217;al\u00e7ada de la pantalla i el teclat, per aix\u00f2 \u00e9s tan important la taula i la relaci\u00f3 entre l&#8217;altura de la taula i la de la cadira. A m\u00e9s d&#8217;\u00e9sser molest pot derivar en vert\u00edgens que acaben necessitant la intervenci\u00f3 d&#8217;un oste\u00f2pata o fisioterapeuta.<br \/>\n<strong><br \/>\n<\/strong><strong>La cadira<\/strong>. Si t\u00e9 rodes ha de tenir cinc peus per fer-la estable, preferiblement recolzadors pels bra\u00e7os per quan no teclegeu, amb el respatller alt fins al cap, regulable en al\u00e7ada per ajustar la posici\u00f3 de les vostres cames, i amb suport lumbar. I el lloc on seieu amb un coix\u00ed confortable, no val una cadira amb un seient de fusta \ud83d\ude42\u00a0Fa un temps es van posar de moda les cadires Aeron entre els inform\u00e0tics (uns 1.500 euros): si no tenies una cadira Aeron no eres ning\u00fa. De fet la, podeu veure al\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.moma.org\/collection\/browse_results.php?criteria=O%3AAD%3AE%3A7392&amp;page_number=1&amp;template_id=1&amp;sort_order=1\">Moma<\/a>\u00a0de Moma York&#8230;\u00a0I aquesta \u00e9s la\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.hermanmiller.com\/products\/seating\/performance-work-chairs\/aeron-chairs.html\">web<\/a>\u00a0del fabricant.<\/p>\n<p>Per\u00f2 la millor relaci\u00f3 qualitat-preu, la trobareu a Ikea amb la cadira\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/ca.ikea.com\/es\/ca\/catalog\/products\/40103100\/\">Markus<\/a>:\u00a0est\u00e0 molt b\u00e9 i s\u00f3n 159 euros. No \u00e9s tan chic com l&#8217;Aeron, per\u00f2 \u00e9s alta i protegeix molt b\u00e9 tot el cos.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Hi ha elevadors<\/strong>\u00a0de monitors o de port\u00e0tils per poder tenir la pantalla a l&#8217;al\u00e7ada dels ulls. Si el lloc de treball no \u00e9s compartit, no cal que sigui un bra\u00e7 articulat.
